H2O Audio Names New Customer Support Manager

SAN DIEGO, CA – January 08, 2010 – H2O Audio is pleased to introduce Jei Choi as the new Customer Support Manager. Choi will be responsible for managing the customer support team - from support calls, phone sales, and managing the shipping and returns side of the business.

Choi previously worked with Gradware.com, a leading academic software reseller as Manager of Operations and Institutional Sales and brings a wide range of operational skills to the new team.

“I’m looking forward to joining the team, and it’s great to see that keeping customers happy is so important to all here,” said Choi. “It’s a customer driven marketplace and we do all we can to take care of those who take care of us.”
