Expectations not met

Unfortunately, the sound quality (muffled, very 'tinny' on higher volume), the comfort (rigid neck band), the microphone (poor unless environment is quiet), the battery (seemingly stops working at 25%) & the usability (no pausing, skipping when connected to Spotify) do not live up to what I had expected or wanted.

I've appreciated the quick Bluetooth connecting capacity.
