The spring loaded clip that I attach to the goggles strap broke. The plastic where the little axles go broke off so the spring cannot stay in place. Please replace.

My cat chewed through my USB Charging Cable, leaving my mp3 player on 50% battery and no way to charge it. H2O Audio staff got me lined up with a new one and got it to my door fast enough to not miss a swim with tunes! Great service!
