Lap Swim Pack

Although I had lots of frustration trying to load the player and I wasn't able to get everything I want on it, H20 makes a fantastic product. The headphones work so well and the sound is fantastic. The player hooks easily to my shoulder strap on my swimsuit or can be attached simply to your swim goggles. I would highly recommend this product, but wanted people to be aware that you can only load mp3s on it.

The first unit I received didn't work But Joe (if that's his real name ) at customer service was incredible (thank you Joe) and we received a new one within a few days and are very happy with it. This was our second purchase from H2O and have no problem highly recommending H2O to everyone. I'm giving this review a 5 star because we do enjoy the quality product but also for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I just received my swim pack , so far so good , the sound is pretty good for the price of the unit , now let’s see if it will withstand my daily swim . So far each unit from other brand lasted 3 month ….. more to come
