From Athlete Sarah Bofinger- who uses the Sonar Pro
When we look at our journey’s and appreciate the steps it took to get to this present moment. There’s an expansion of the heart that happens. Realizing at your core, you designed this experience. The more we train our mindset, menu and movement with purpose, what choices will we align with?
Instead of endings we create new beginnings. Appreciating each experience no matter what the outcome looks like.
As I reflect on my experience at the US Para Team Trials I feel so much gratitude. Grateful for the gift of swimming and all the opportunities it continues to bless me with. The challenges, the high’s and low’s, gives me purpose to continue expanding into wholeness.
Falling in love with training and building my body towards health. Seeing that the more I focus on the health of my physical body, the more limitations I push past. Witnessing the gift of positivity and how the ripples of good vibes, go out and support others.
Trusting my path and seeing the importance of expanding my heart and learning through obstacles. To observe a better future through sport.
Excited to continue to dive deep within myself, to let go of the old and embrace the new. To support each of us in creating a brighter vision for ourselves.
