At H2O Audio, we’re proud to announce our partnership with the Catalina Classic Paddleboard Race 2025 – the most historical paddleboard race in the world. This legendary event, established in 1955, challenges athletes to cross the 32-mile stretch of open ocean from Catalina Island to Manhattan Beach, testing endurance, mental strength, and pure grit.

A Race with History

The Catalina Classic is more than just a competition. It’s a journey through decades of paddleboarding tradition, connecting generations of athletes who have faced the Pacific’s swells, currents, and unpredictable conditions. Since its earliest days, the Classic has represented the pinnacle of paddleboarding- a rite of passage that showcases perseverance and the spirit of adventure.

Fueling the 48th Catalina Classic

This Sunday, August 24th, the world’s best paddlers will take on the legendary 32-mile Catalina Classic Paddleboard Race. A grueling open-ocean crossing from Catalina Island to the Manhattan Beach Pier. For nearly 70 years, this race has tested the limits of endurance, determination, and spirit.

H2O Audio is proud to stand alongside these athletes as a sponsor of this historic event—celebrating resilience and the drive to Go Beyond the Usual, both in sport and in sound.

Why We’re Excited to Be a Partner

At H2O Audio, we believe in pushing limits, embracing challenges, and going beyond the ordinary—values that align perfectly with the Catalina Classic. Our TRI 2 Series headphones and our collaboration with Florence Marine X are built for athletes who demand performance in the toughest environments.

Whether it’s training sessions leading up to the crossing or powering through the final stretch to Manhattan Beach, H2O Audio products deliver sound that fuels the journey. Just like the athletes of the Catalina Classic, our technology is designed to Go Beyond, from waterproof bone conduction sound to seamless memory + Bluetooth modes, we’ve created products that perform as hard as the athletes themselves.

Wishing Athletes a Strong Crossing

We want to wish every athlete the best as they take on this year’s race. The Catalina Classic is about more than competition. It’s about community, history, and the pure joy of endurance sport. Paddle strong, and know we’ll be cheering you on every stroke of the way.

Meet Us at the Event

We’ll be onsite at the 2025 Catalina Classic, so come by, say hello, and test out our products for yourself. Whether you’re an athlete, supporter, or paddleboard fan, this is your chance to experience why H2O Audio is trusted by endurance athletes around the world.
