Absolutely love my headphones and the customer service is excellent

Replaced my old tri-sports. Love this new set. Bummer that the app doesn’t sync with them but otherwise they are great so far!

Great addition to my listening equipment. Sound quality is very clear and crisp. It replaced an earlier version of H2O Audio bone conduction over the ear headphones. Very glad I purchased. Their custom care is also very good.

Well my bone convection earphones finally gave up the ghost. But not for lack of trying by H2O Audio’s support team. Christine reached out to me and walked me through every reset option there is. She had to overcome my challenge of not knowing what model I had. A couple of photos and we were on our way. As it turns out, no reset was going to revive my earphones. I’d worn out the battery and no recharge would take. Time to get some new ones. And H2O audio will be my next purchase. When a company supports like Christine did, I’m in. Thanks to H2O audio and Christine in particular. I’ll be in good hands with my next purchase!

I love the headphones use them all on vacation in the ocean and they worked fantastic!!

I love them so much. they work well in water. i found it easy to download my music from spotify to my headphones. very good.

Wish there were head sizes. If they could be smaller and larger sizes would be great. They are quite big for me and don’t fit under swim cap like I wish they would.

I bought two (2) a blue one and the black one. I absolutely love mine. I use it while swimming. My wife however does not like hers. I returned it because I could not justify having both.

This is my first upgrade after using the shuffle set up with earphones. Worked really well and my only critique would be you use the same button to turn it on/off, do volume, switch to Blue Tooth or memory so it's a little confusing. All in all, great quality for your musical swim!

Works well for cycling and allows for hot /wet conditions. Battery life a bit short.

Love these! Much safe to use while biking.

Exceptionally well-made and outstanding follow-up customer service. I had an issue with the first pair and after an email with Christine in customer service, they sent a replacement set. I would highly recommend this company. This is my first time purchasing from H2O and I have recommended to a couple of friends.

The reason for the 4 stars is I would have like them to have more volume. Otherwise they are great.

The color is beautiful, the fit is fantastic and the sound is stellar. What more could you need…already used them on the bike trainer and to listen to hours of continuing education courses. Allows me to hear my content while being able to hear noise on the periphery if needed.

These are very easy to charge and the buttons make it easy to use. I’ve only used blue tooth mode but the sound is perfect. I have a small head so I was worried about how these would fit but I managed a hat, sunglasses and the multi sport and everything stayed on. The charge lasts long, the case helps me locate them easily and I cannot thank you enough for such a fun, quality, product.

I workout in a sauna and these are PERFECT. Took a bit getting used to because they don’t sit like your average headset but they don’t move while I’m doing all kinds of poses. And they are barely affected by the heat - they’re lukewarm when I’m done. So glad I took the plunge!

Easy to use. Downloading music is smooth. Battery life would be my largest complaint.

These are really easy to use, from creating folders of music to making changes on the move. Comfortable to wear over the length of a marathon and great sound but I was still able to hold conversations with other runners. Really pleased with these.

I absolutely enjoy everything about my new experience, I train for two hours, twice a week. The headphones are a game changer totally leveled up my experience, sound quality 10..,time goes by faster lots of fun I look up like where did the time go🤩

Just a remark, a usb-c connector should be a must. USB standard it’s not acceptable anymore.

I purchased an H20 Tri about a year back, having gotten exceptional near-daily use from them. After a piece of the headband suddenly broke loose, I contacted customer support to see if I could get a fix, and they graciously offered to send a replacement free of charge. I am floored by the enployee quality on display here!

As for the headphones:

• Fantastic battery life, lasts for ages
• Comfortable to wear for extended periods of time, underneath a hat / toque
• Charges quickly, never have to wait long until I can use them again
- The wrap-around design on the back of the head can lead to occasional awkwardness when trying to position the headphones
- Occasionally, audio that has too high of BPM or just rapidly changing tones can cause "glitching" sounds, with audio quality warping and distorting. Sometimes the same audio at the same battery level can produce different outcomes, so it's unpredictable.

Overall, I am very happy with my product despite a small handful of shortcomings, and the support staff is second to none.

These don’t fit the best, maybe if there was a smaller size. I don’t know if that makes the audio quiet but hard to hear on bike rides on busy roads. Exited to test out water proofing.
