The headphones are working fine. However the first set you sent me ( after about a week) did not turn on/off. I requested a replacement and just received them.
I am going to check them out this week.

Feedback

My music sound very muffled and unclear underwater. Any tips or suggestions?

If your music sounds muffled underwater, here are a couple of key tips that usually make a big difference:

Adjust the Position: Try shifting the headset slightly along your cheekbone. The bone conduction pads need to sit securely on the bone (not your ear) to transmit sound properly. A small adjustment can dramatically improve clarity.

Use Swimming Earplugs: Wearing earplugs while swimming helps seal the ear canal and reduces ambient water noise, which can significantly enhance the perceived volume and clarity of the music.

I enjoy the freedom of using this product and being aware of my surroundings. It has performed flawlessly. Customer service was prompt to answer my questions. The bluetooth mode is easy to use. I registered my product to get an extra year of warranty.

I had an old pair of JBL dives and these Tri2’s are much more comfortable and audio is incredible underwater! I take it to swim with me all the time!!

Great for swimming

I used to watch the clock when swimming laps. My half hour felt like an hour. Since I started using my TRI2 Multi-Sport the time goes very quickly. I also use them when I go to the gym. They are very comfortable and stay in place no matter what activity I am doing. It was easy to transfer music onto the TRI 2. My only regret is that I waited too long to order them.
