Competing in the 100 Breaststroke on June 27th at the Paralympic Trials
As a swimmer music can be very beneficial especially leading up to a big competition like Paralympic Trials. For me, I like to choose a song that allows me to visualize my race over and over. To already experience it before I actually do it. The ability to listen to that track while in the water is an even greater gift.
I have used underwater headphones in the past, but the sound quality wasn’t that great. The moment I used H20 Audio I could feel the music through-out my whole body. The latest bone conduction technology allows for you to hear and feel the music so clearly.
The Sonar Pro easily clips on your goggles and supports MP3 player and bluetooth capabilities. I enjoy the flexibility of streaming my music while also having a few songs downloaded. Since being able to use the Sonar, I have been getting faster in practice. Listening to music while training has allowed me to really let go and trust my body already knows what to do. I’m excited to continue feeling the music with my training and see what I create at trials.
If you're looking for a great device to support you in and out of the water, check out the different models H20 Audio offers.
