I have had several devices over the decades from H20 Audio. I had a waterproof case for my iPod that I used with a swim belt, I had the last generation device that you needed a separate player and bone conduction earphones which I bought about a year ago. This Tri Pro Multi-Sport with Playlist+ is far and away the best device I have ever used. I'm still getting used to the App and how to arrange my music, but even just loading music from my computer into the device without organizing it has made my swims so enjoyable. I feel like I'm practically "dancing" in the water when swimming.

What could be improved? I would love to have the name of the artist be announced when summoned through some button presses. Other than that, I think it's a pretty great device. The audio quality is excellent! Keep up the good work.

Gave these to my hubby on Father’s Day. He is so excited as he swims 4000 meters every day and having music to do it with is amazing

I really love this product, it makes my swimming less boring. My only issue is that it is really hard for me fit it on my head. The back wire is so lengthy that when I have the cap and the swimming glasses on it is hard to make the resonating part touch my temple. It’s still fine, I can make it work but it would be better if it were more adjustable. The other issue I had was that it was not stated anywhere that VAT is not included and I had a very unpleasent surprise when the Post sent me an email demanding a considerable amount of money to get my order delivered. I think it should be mentioned at international orders that there may be additional costs.

Although the sound is great under water still struggling to find the best way to keep the device attached to my head. It feels that when I move the head the gear turns loose. Any tips?

I already have the H2O Stream 2, but decided to upgrade. I absolutely love the new Playlist+ feature. It's such a game changer and time saver. I just record my Spotify playlist right from my phone. Excellent customer service too. I will be a lifetime customer, that's for sure!
