does what is says. headset needs to be in a particular way or the cable to charge is not long enough.

I like the product but it doesn’t get loud enough! Like when it is windy I can’t hear well enough unless I actually put the end of the apparatus in my ear!

This works like any carry case. I think it should be included with the headphones but I guess it’s nice to have the option if you’re on a tight budget.

The H20 charging case works well! The head set is in question.

I'm not even sure where my charging cable is for my H2O audio headphones are anymore. I got the charging case that's all I need. It keeps it constantly charged and ready to go.

Awesome! My biggest complaint with previous model headphones was not having battery life to use them during a workout. This case is slightly larger than case that comes with headphones but still small enough to fit in my swim bag. Case protects my headphones and ensures I’m good to go every time I need them and I won’t need a power outlet if running low. I’ve been using my headphones regularly for over a month and case still shows 3 out of 4 power charge remaining. Worth the extra expense if want peace of mind

It's nice, it works but would be better if it had an external usb-c port and the case function as a drop in charger. Like I do with my handy talkie, I just drop it into a yeah, base and it starts charging. I shouldn't have to plug in a usb-c cable

Charger is good. It works as rechargeable when unplugged too.

No benefit except an outlet in it, otherwise exactly the same as the regular case. WAY too expensive for the benefit it offers. Disappointed.

When buying an electronic product today, it is not just the product itself what I'm looking for but also the support behind it. I'm giving 5 stars to H2O audio for their commitment to customer service. My headphones failed right after I got them. H2O immediately send me a replacement and a lable to return the old ones.

The charging box is a must at for me. I travel for work and this box holds several charges. It makes it very convenient to have my headset always charged.
