Great service and product.

The spring loaded clip that I attach to the goggles strap broke. The plastic where the little axles go broke off so the spring cannot stay in place. Please replace.

My cat chewed through my USB Charging Cable, leaving my mp3 player on 50% battery and no way to charge it. H2O Audio staff got me lined up with a new one and got it to my door fast enough to not miss a swim with tunes! Great service!

Okay experience. They knew exactly what I needed when I lost my charge cord. You can’t use anyone else’s cord apparently. Fast and accurate and I got what I needed but I was hoping that I would have been sent a new cord free of charge.

I bought this when I thought I lost my other charging cable. Of course, I found it after this one shipped. I love this product though!

The USB cable that came with my H2OStream (mp3) was not connecting with my iMac Pro and I could not download additional music. However, I could charge my Stream with that cable. The new cable connected fine and I was able to download additional music. The fix cost me a new cable.

I had the ear impressions to make the bud which fit great! The sound quality is outstanding. I wear the MP3 on my cap and bluetooth music from my cell phone, some break up due to connection loss but nothing that isn't tolerable. Highly recommend this product for swimming enjoyment.

Having come from a previous product of a different manufacturer, when I first purchased from H2O and didn’t hear back from them when I immediately encountered a problem using the product ... I blew a cork. Turns out they had already begun addressing the issue; they just aren’t great at letting you know that. The problem became fully resolved.

Time later
I approached them with a different and very minor problem. Somewhat better at communicating this time. None the less, yet again .... fully resolved
