H2O SONAR 2 PRO & TRI 1 - USB Charging Cable (ONLY)

the product is fine. but i think the issue is with the player. the charging cable charges but i am still not able to see the player on my pc. so, that means there is no way for me to add new music to the h2o player. per your suggestion i bought the new usb cable. the old one works the same way.

Changing cables were shipped and received right away. Work great.

A replacement charging cable was ordered and they sent the correct item in good time. I can now use my H20 headphones.
