Cord wasn’t the solution, but Customer Service Was

Sadly the cord didn’t solve the problem of not charging my headphones. From the start of reaching out to the company the customer service was amazing. They told me about the 1year warranty on the device and said that if the cord didn’t work, they would replace my headphones. Customer service went above and beyond with communication, making sure I knew what I needed to do and even told me to contact them when I mailed my headphones in. Within 12 hours of receiving the headphones, they had packaged and shipped out new ones. I was back in the water the next day. Not only is this an amazing product, but the customer service was exceptional. Thank you.
