I bought the underwater bone conduction headphones and absolutely love them. Easy to use, sound great, makes my swimming time so enjoyable. Wanted a second charging cord, and ordered, delivered, good customer service.

the pins on this charging cable are easy to bend - which makes the unit unable to charge. This is the 2nd time I've had to replace the charging cable.

I bought the charging cable because I was having trouble downloading music onto my headphones. I am still having trouble. I can only download a couple of songs at a time. And, I find it difficult to switch from song to song when I am listening to the music. Can you give me any pointers?
