This Mother’s Day, we’re celebrating the women who inspire us to Go Beyond in training, in parenting, and in life.

Being a mom and an athlete isn’t about perfection—it’s about perseverance, presence, and the powerful balance between taking care of others and carving out time for yourself.

In this special blog series, we’re spotlighting a few incredible H2O Audio moms who embody that strength and dedication every day.

From early morning swims to gravel rides that clear the mind, these women remind us that movement isn’t just a workout; it’s therapy, empowerment, and a way to lead by example.

Whether they’re raising young children or mentoring the next generation, they show us that prioritizing self-care through sport is not only possible—it’s essential.

Read their stories, be inspired, and take 25% off with code BEYONDMOM—because she deserves the best.

Meet Jamie Cassidy

Director of Marketing H2O Audio, Two-Sport Coach, and Mom

"Before becoming a mom, I thought I understood dedication and balance. I was a Division 1, two-sport athlete. Two years ago, when I had my first child, I learned what true dedication really means.

Motherhood has been the greatest joy, filled with sacrifices, lessons, and moments of growth I never could have imagined. What I've discovered is that making time for myself- even just for 30 minutes- it is essential.

Working out has become my escape, my therapy, and my way to stay strong for my family, my career, and myself.

Whether it's sneaking in a swim between coaching sessions with my Sonar Pro, riding my Peloton with my RIPT Lite, or soaking up a little sunshine and music- movement keeps me grounded.

And every time my son asks, "How was your workout, mommy?" I know I'm setting an example of what a healthy, balanced life looks like."

Meet Crystal Kovacs

Owner of Dirt Squad, Cyclist, Mom & Grandma

"Being a mom and an athlete requires dedication and balance, integrating personal wellness with family responsibilities. For me, gravel cycling serves as a valuable outlet—offering both physical challenges and mental clarity as I train for events. This sport gives me space to work through problems and gain strength, enabling me to approach my family with renewed energy and focus.

Investing time in my athletic pursuits not only improves my health but also sets a positive example for my family, reinforcing the importance of personal growth and balance in our lives. Even though my children are grown up, I hope to have shown them the importance of taking care of myself both mentally and physically. Having my favorite podcasts or music with my TRI 2 PRO headphones makes this time even more special."
